David Oluwajuyigbe

M.A. in Counselling Psychology, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

I take an integrated, culturally sensitive, and collaborative approach when providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. I am aware that it can be tough to manage and cope with certain situations in life such as anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, mood disorders, loss of loved one, and challenges within our interpersonal relationships. I am committed to walk with you through such challenging circumstances. As a therapist my goal is to establish a meaningful, partnership, and trusting therapeutic relationship in which you feel respected, heard, and safe to explore your concerns.

I see our sessions as a place to journey with you, listen to you, support you and to give you hope. With a diverse professional background of Engineering, and Theology, I draw on my life’s experiences, analytical, and compassionate nature coupled with trained theoretical approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT), Narrative, Solution Focused etc. to help shift and aid in transforming my clients.
