You may be feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or stretched by the demands of relationships, family life, or major life transitions. You may be seeking clarity, renewed confidence, or support in strengthening your connections with others.
I offer a warm, empowering therapeutic space where clients can explore challenges, build insight, and develop practical tools for change. My integrative approach draws from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), person-centred, humanistic, solution-focused, narrative, and strength-based therapies, alongside psychoeducation. For clients who desire it, I also offer faith-informed integration in a way that honours your values and autonomy.
I support women navigating marriage, parenting, and the many demands of daily life; young adults facing transitions and identity development; teens managing school or family challenges; and engaged or newly married couples seeking to build a strong and healthy foundation for their relationship.
If you are feeling stuck or unsure how to move forward, you do not have to face it alone. Together, we will explore what may be holding you back and take thoughtful, supportive steps toward a more balanced, hopeful, and fulfilling life.
