Each person carries a unique story shaped by lived experiences, cultural context, relationships, and the path they have travelled so far. Amid life’s complexities and changes, it is not uncommon to encounter obstacles. I believe therapy is a collaborative process. When you sit in my chair, you are not just a client, but the author of your own story. Together, we can explore it, reshape it, and make meaningful changes that aligns with your values and beliefs.

As an eclectic practitioner, I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Humanistic, and Psychodynamic approaches. Every person who enters the therapy space brings a distinct history and way of understanding the world. That is why I take a flexible, integrative approach, working with you in a way that best suits your needs, values, and readiness.

Coming from a blended family, I was exposed to a rich mix of perspectives from an early age. This experience, combined with my work across diverse clinical settings, has given me a deep appreciation for how culture, identity, and personal history shape mental health. I have had the privilege of working with children, adults, and families from a wide range of backgrounds, and these experiences have taught me that there is no single blueprint for healing. Whether supporting someone through depression, anxiety, or other life challenges, I strive to create a space that fosters curiosity, compassion, and growth.

Outside of the therapy room, I love spending time outdoors with family and friends. If I am not working with clients, I am likely exploring and flipping over rocks in rivers, always searching for something cool that hopefully will not bite me.

I like to think that therapy is a bit like flipping over that rock. You might not always know what you will find, but with curiosity and patience, you begin to uncover new perspectives, hidden strengths, and deeper understanding. I look forward to exploring that process with you and helping you move toward your goals.
