You may be seeking support as you navigate challenges related to neurodivergence, emotional regulation, learning differences, or family stress. You may be looking for a space that feels safe, respectful, and focused on practical tools that support real-life change.

You may be seeking support for yourself or your family as you navigate emotional, behavioural, or relational challenges. You may be looking for therapy that feels structured, compassionate, and respectful of your pace and lived experience.

I have experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), as well as individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, and other mental health challenges. Using integrative, strengths-based approaches grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and neurodivergent-affirming modalities, I support clients in developing emotional regulation skills, practical coping strategies, and behaviour-change tools that enhance daily functioning and wellbeing.

I am particularly committed to family-centred psychotherapy and work closely with parents and caregivers through psychoeducation and supportive counselling, recognizing that therapy is most effective when support is aligned and working collaboratively.

I am committed to ethical practice through ongoing clinical supervision and professional development. If you are curious about whether this approach may be a good fit for you or your family, I invite you to reach out to learn more or book a consultation.
