You may be seeking support as you navigate emotional, relational, or spiritual challenges, or you may be looking for clarity and direction during a difficult season of life. Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and having a supportive, respectful space can make that first step feel more manageable.

I bring over 27 years of experience in pastoral ministry, where I have supported individuals, couples, and families through a wide range of life challenges. My approach is grounded in faith and guided by respect for each person’s unique story, values, and lived experiences.

In my clinical work, I draw from several therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Family Systems, STAIR Narrative Therapy, and psychoeducational principles. I aim to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore concerns such as anxiety, grief, relational difficulties, spiritual questions, or a desire for greater clarity and direction.

It is a privilege to support clients as they build resilience, explore new possibilities, and reconnect with hope. I would be honoured to walk alongside you in this process.
