You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in recurring patterns, or seeking clarity during a difficult season in your life or relationship. Therapy can offer a supportive space to pause, reflect, and begin moving forward with intention.

I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, anger, relationship conflict, and life transitions. In individual therapy, we collaborate to build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop practical tools for managing everyday stressors. My approach is structured and goal-oriented, while remaining flexible to meet your unique needs.

In couples therapy, I integrate the Gottman Method to support partners in improving communication, managing conflict more effectively, and rebuilding emotional connection. Together, we explore relationship patterns and develop strategies that foster trust, understanding, and long-term stability.

My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed skills, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I strive to create a culturally responsive, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

I look forward to the opportunity to support you as you move toward growth and wellbeing.
