If you’ve ever felt emotionally overwhelmed, unseen or unsure how to make sense of what you’re feeling, you’re not alone. I offer a highly compassionate, supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can feel heard and understood. I view therapy as a collaborative process, where I walk alongside you rather than positioning myself as the expert of your life.
My approach is trauma-informed, client-centred, and integrative, with a strong focus on helping clients build emotion regulation skills and develop a deeper understanding of their emotional experiences. As a young Hijabi Muslim woman, I bring a lens of cultural humility and representation to my work, and I am especially passionate about being there for individuals and communities who have felt overlooked or underrepresented in traditional mental health spaces, including those interested in thoughtfully integrating faith and mental wellness.
I welcome children, teens, young adults and seniors who are seeking a space where they can show up as their full, authentic selves and feel supported in their healing.
