You may be seeking support during a period of emotional distress, transition, or uncertainty, or navigating experiences shaped by trauma, identity, or systemic stressors. You may be looking for care that feels safe, respectful, and grounded in both clinical skill and cultural understanding.

I bring over 25 years of clinical experience in mental health across community and acute care settings, including extensive experience in crisis intervention and the assessment and management of suicide risk. My work is guided by care, responsibility, and a strong commitment to client safety.

My practice is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and client-centred, with a particular commitment to working ethically and collaboratively with BIPOC individuals, youth, and families. I am mindful of the impact of systemic inequities, cultural expectations, and intergenerational experiences on mental health, and I strive to create a therapeutic space grounded in safety, respect, and empowerment. I also bring experience in spiritual and existential care, as well as youth and adolescent mentoring, supporting clients through identity development and life transitions.

I welcome the opportunity to connect with you and explore how therapy may support your goals, needs, and wellbeing.
