You may be seeking support as you navigate challenges related to neurodivergence,
emotional regulation, learning differences, or family stress. You may be looking for a
space that feels safe, respectful, and focused on practical tools that support real-life
change.

I believe you are the expert in being you. My role is to support your journey by offering
useful knowledge, evidence-based tools, and a collaborative, non-judgmental
therapeutic space where a wide range of concerns can be explored.

My work is grounded in the neurodiversity paradigm, which recognizes
neurodevelopmental differences, such as ADHD, autism, learning differences, sensory
processing differences, and executive functioning variations as natural forms of human
diversity rather than deficits to be corrected. I integrate developmentally appropriate,
evidence-based approaches including DBT-informed emotional regulation strategies,
strength-based psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and experiential methods.

A central part of my work also involves supporting parents and caregivers of
neurodivergent children. I offer parent coaching, structured workshops, and family-
based interventions aimed at reducing caregiver burnout, increasing understanding of
brain-based differences, and strengthening parent–child relationships through
regulation-focused and connection-oriented strategies.

As part of the Elpizo Neurodivergent-Affirming Care team, I contribute to individual
therapy, parent education programming, and training initiatives. I am committed to
ethical practice, measurable outcomes, and the development of accessible, affirming
care that supports neurodivergent individuals and the families who love them across the
lifespan.

If you are curious about whether this approach may be a good fit for you or your
family, I invite you to reach out to learn more or book a consultation.
