My passion is to use my skills to help people from all walks of life tap into their strengths, find meaning, and solutions using compassion and empathy. I work with clients in a way that is supportive, and authentic, and strive to provide relevant and responsive therapy. My approach is Client-centered, focusing on a collaborative, strengths-based approach. I also integrate faith and religion, when requested, to support client’s beliefs and believe in incorporating cultural concerns and practices.

My educational background includes counselling psychology and the integration of faith and psychology. I’m building my expertise in Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, Solution Focused Therapy, and Play Therapy.

When I’m not working, I practice mindfulness, centering meditation and DIY projects.
