Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, struggling with past experiences, navigating relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, Antonia offers a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel understood and begin working toward meaningful change.
She works with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, ADHD and executive-functioning challenges, relationship concerns, chronic pain, life transitions, self-esteem difficulties, and emotional overwhelm. Antonia also provides neurodivergent-affirming care, adapting therapy to the individual rather than expecting the individual to fit a particular way of working.
Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, trauma-informed, and flexible. She considers each client’s age, strengths, experiences, goals, and individual needs when developing treatment. Rather than relying on one therapeutic model, Antonia integrates evidence-informed approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, somatic approaches, and trauma-focused therapies.
Her goal is to help clients better understand themselves and the patterns affecting their wellbeing, strengthen emotional regulation and coping skills, process difficult experiences, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. With children and teens, this may also involve using developmentally appropriate strategies that help young people understand emotions, develop confidence, and build skills they can use in everyday life.
