You may be seeking support as you navigate relationship challenges, spiritual
questions, or concerns related to youth or family life. You may be looking for care that
honours both emotional wellbeing and faith, while offering practical tools for growth and
clarity.

With over 20 years of experience in pastoral ministry and counselling, I have supported
individuals, couples, and families through a wide range of challenges. I am particularly
passionate about supporting couples through pre-marital and post-marital counselling,
as well as working with youth, especially those considered at risk by providing guidance
that supports positive and meaningful change.

My clinical work draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Family Systems,
STAIR Narrative Therapy, and psychoeducational approaches. For clients who desire it,
I also integrate faith-based perspectives in a respectful and client-centred way. I aim to
offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore marital and relational concerns, spiritual
questions, and a desire for clarity and direction.

In addition to clinical work, I am a speaker and facilitator who provides coaching and
workshops for churches, with a focus on leadership development, growth, and
community building. My work is grounded in values of faith, personal responsibility, and
intentional growth.

I look forward to the opportunity to work alongside you.
