You may be carrying more than others realize; anxiety, emotional exhaustion, unresolved hurt, relationship strain, or the weight of a difficult season. You may know something needs to change but feel unsure where to begin. Beverly offers a warm, compassionate space to slow things down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and begin moving forward.
She works with adults and couples experiencing trauma-related concerns, anxiety and emotional distress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, self-worth concerns, and patterns that may be affecting how they cope or connect with others. Her approach is reflective, practical, and trauma-informed, helping clients understand what may be beneath the struggle while strengthening emotional regulation, healthier coping, communication, and relationship patterns.
Beverly believes therapy should respond to the whole person, their experiences, values, relationships, and goals. For clients who desire it, faith and spirituality can be thoughtfully integrated into therapy while keeping the client’s autonomy, emotional safety, and therapeutic goals at the centre of the work.
Her goal is not simply to help clients get through a difficult moment, but to help them develop greater understanding, healthier patterns, and meaningful change that can continue beyond therapy.
