If you are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, grief, anger, career pressures or a major life transition, Joline offers a practical and collaborative space to help you understand what is happening and determine what needs to change. Her goal is to provide support that feels authentic, meaningful and useful not simply to talk about challenges, but to help you develop strategies you can carry into everyday life.
Joline brings a distinctive perspective to psychotherapy through her background in business, project management and consulting, including more than 12 years of experience working with public and private-sector clients across the engineering, construction and consulting industries. This experience has shaped her structured, solution-oriented way of thinking and her ability to help clients break complex concerns into manageable goals while remaining attentive to the emotional experiences underneath them.
She works with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, grief and loss, trauma, anger and emotional regulation concerns, relationship difficulties, career concerns and significant life transitions. Her style is warm, creative and goal-focused. She enjoys finding different ways of helping clients understand concepts, recognize patterns and develop tools that strengthen confidence, coping and personal effectiveness.
Joline’s psychotherapy training includes Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), anger-management interventions and group therapy, along with additional training in Gottman relationship approaches. Rather than using one method for every person, she draws from her clinical and professional experience according to each client’s needs, goals and circumstances.
In addition to her work with individual clients, Joline is a Clinical Supervisor, supporting psychotherapists and developing clinicians in strengthening case conceptualization, ethical decision-making, therapeutic skills and professional confidence. Her supervision style reflects the same approach she brings to therapy: collaborative, thoughtful, practical and focused on growth.
