I originate from India and have an extensive background in the field of alternative medicine along with counselling. Being from the Eastern side of the world, I am also trained in mindfulness and yoga therapy. I use my knowledge of Eastern therapies such as mindfulness and yoga therapy along with cutting edge evidence-based Western therapies such as CBT, Solution-focused therapy, DBT, Narrative therapy and so on, to help you experience healing at mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
As a therapist I will meet you where you are at, I will collaborate with you to create a customised plan for action and change to achieve your desired goals with my strength-based and solution focused approach. Our goal will be to help you connect with your inner reservoirs of wisdom and knowledge, which will help you be your own therapist.
For my self-care, I practice yoga, and spend time with my family.
