You may be navigating the impact of trauma, relationship challenges, emotional distress, or major life transitions such as immigration or family change. You may be seeking care that honours both your cultural background and the connection between mind, body, emotions, and spirit.

Originally from India, I bring an integrative background in counselling and alternative medicine. My work is informed by Eastern therapeutic traditions, including mindfulness and yoga therapy, alongside evidence-based Western approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy. This integrative approach supports healing on mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual levels.

As a therapist, I aim to meet you where you are and work collaboratively to develop a personalized, strength-based plan for growth and change. Together, we focus on building emotional regulation skills, insight, and practical strategies, while supporting you to reconnect with your own inner resources and capacity for healing.

I strive to create a respectful, culturally responsive, and collaborative therapeutic space. My goal is to support you in developing the awareness, confidence, and skills needed to navigate life’s challenges with greater balance and resilience.

Outside of the therapy space, I care for my own wellbeing through yoga practice and spending time with family, which helps inform the grounded and holistic approach I bring to my work.

I would be honoured to support you as you take this next step.
