MA Student, Counselling & Spiritual Care, McMaster Divinity College
Payge supports preteens, teens, adults, parents and caregivers navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, grief, emotional regulation and the everyday realities of neurodivergence. She has a particular interest in helping parents better understand and support neurodivergent children, as well as adults exploring their own ADHD or autistic identity, including women coming to this understanding later in life.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, practical and neurodivergent-affirming. Payge helps clients build self-understanding and confidence, develop strategies that fit how they think and function, and reduce the pressure of trying to meet expectations that do not fit their needs. She also supports families in developing greater understanding, communication, and compassion within the home and navigating the school system.
She is currently completing an MA in Counselling & Spiritual Care at McMaster Divinity College while practising as an RP (Qualifying) with clinical supervision.
