Sherry brings more than 25 years of mental health experience across community, acute-care, crisis and clinical settings. She supports adults and couples navigating trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship concerns and significant life transitions, with a calm and compassionate presence.
Her background in crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment, psychological claims management and mental health leadership gives her additional depth when clients are experiencing complex distress. Sherry’s work is trauma-informed, culturally responsive and client-centred. She also has experience in spiritual and existential care and can thoughtfully integrate Christian faith when this is meaningful to the client.
